Resolves the earlier rejection correctly: the right entity is KNP Arises Green Energy Private Limited in Jaipur, incorporated 2019-11-06 (the press says Ecoil launched in Jaipur in November 2019) with the two named founders Sushil and Kirti Vaishnav as directors. Ecoil Industries Private Limited of Latur stays REJECTED. The 50 Lakh debt leg at 9 percent should show as a CHG-1; the only open charge is a pre-air 4.99 Cr HDFC facility, so nothing post-air is visible yet. Confidence: high.
